I've been getting a disc read error lately where it tells me the disc is unreadable and that I should take it out and alter it with a soft cloth. It's only happened while playing Rainbow 6 Las Vegas but I really haven't been playing anything else. Happens about once a session. Anybody undergo any suggestions or ideas?
