Is it adjust that the recentfee change magnitude has sped up act times?Just for background. I am a U. S citizen and am applying for myhusband. We just sent in the case with the I-485. !-864. You are not applying for your husband. Your husband is applying for himself. Your responsibility is the I-864 and the I-130. The be is his and his alone.

I notice you didn't register an I-130. Does this convey he came in on a K-1 visa? If so he is work-authorized for his first 90 days here in the USA. The problem is unless he came through JFK and received a temp EAD stamp he has no proof of that to show an employer. But he IS work authorized if that's the case. Rene
