"Your best EoF moment??" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-12-15 15:47:54

Saw a similar thread on the Splitpaw forums and thought it might be a alter idea to acquire their idea and carry it over here. So what's everyone's favorite EoF momment? Mine was my guild breaking out of the move we were having and getting kills on MMIS Mayong and blowing through 2nd and 3rd surprise and being the 3rd guild remaining on the server to kill Wuoshi. A few populate (including 2/3rds of the leadership) left the guild but we replaced them with better parts including an awesome new MT (Rhita FTW) and we became a much better guild because of it. nothing contradict i just called bullshit as for my favorite eof moment come up there were to few for me so i liked em all to bad half my current guild went to join kajars new guild with the other 100+ members some guilds move fill a roster and other guilds got to many people wtf is up with that? Yeah.. its just there arent too many good options with good management/leadership when it comes to matters of raiding. I'd say alter now on the server theres like 5 or 6 and 3 of them (Disso. Shoukin and WoN) have very restricted membership (to my knowledge at least). FoHF and Stasis have more liberal policies (at least FoHF does i cant communicate for Stasis) and uh... I guess Tuatha cut off so i dont know who #6 would be if not them but i am leaving the space in case i forgot a guild :-) And if your in Insidious dont mind i didnt drop about you i just dont know what/if anything you guys undergo done yet TOGETHER so i move say. Not like you prolly compassionate but just saying. 1 being told the "trick" to mayong was wolvesbane and advance being told "wasnt it obvious it said it right there in that clickable schedule in Castle Mistmoore you experience the govern no one played in b/c they didnt need xp thats how we knew it didnt have anything to do with us fighting him in beta or the dev thats in our guild when this expansion came out i thought to myself lets just move on random objects in hopes we can get assail strats from them duh" (most of that was paraphrased for your sake) 2. The 2nd crowd exodus from Nek to "greener" pastures that turned out real come up for all those parties involved never the less i'd undergo to say the vast majority of people left on nek are pretty kewl populate theres only one person. Athioc who is a complete toolbox. 3. WW drama around Mischief was a make noise. You got to see the cheaters the sploiters and the straight up liars in beat create. Not to have in mind some pretty pissed off populate over their seek to get some razzle some dazzle and a shit stick with some permed pubic hair attached to it. 4. People spending their fortunes on LoN. You gotta know somewhere some kid didnt get to eat for a couple days b/c Daddy hit mommy when she confronted him about his online spending. 5. The return of pass in the create of Winwin and all the sweet PMs i got such as "yeah i completely accept next time he goes to suck on something i hope its a fucknig 45." Nevertheless "it" provided some great entertainment in vent from me spawning my own lie of Flayed inside out winwin penis shoved into your body cavity jokes. 6. The Rumbler - nuff said its was spectacular. 7. Finding out that the beat assassin to ever grace this book game had a walk arm i mean wtf that is fucking hardcore does he undergo a enjoin hookup to his brain to just wtf pwn inform or what? 8. Global AE nerf remeber when AEs could kill you? I barely do. These were more jaw dropping moments for me. Definately things that had a study force at the time and some comfort do. __________________ "I evaluate only 1% of 1% of the population is going to be able to afford that stuff." (Darenlok) Just to clarify my comments were not to take a shot at anyone. After being stuck on Mayone for like 2 1/2 months and not being able to kill tender consistantly for about the same measure period finally getting them down and doing it since was a massive charge off of us. God just read it you decelerate blueboy. Why must you twist inform the do by way just because you left Stasis on (your own) bad terms. You remind me of MTV Diaries with almost everything that comes out of the inform hole you call a mouth... "You may evaluate you experience but you have no idea." Rhita > Kajar Blueboy you really shouldn't talk about shit you be to experience nothing about go back to your pretend healing. beat thing to ever come about to Stasis was when we lost those few people and 2/3rds leadership. haha so the pot calls the kettle black once again i didnt get on bad terms i left because i didnt like deludar and the way he lead the raids that was the only cerebrate i liked stasis and my only problem was that i couldnt alter your precious 9 to midnight raids on monday create i get up at 6am i didnt undergo any other cerebrate you still are just a loudmouth cock sucker who is constantly getting tea bagged by del i didnt twist shit you said you replaced kajar with someone exceed and that is again untrue you may be able to compete a game come up but god get over yourself. I don't experience why or when you got a stick up your butt over me since i never even talked with you while i was in stasis but you obviously dont like me based on no understanding of who i am which makes you a dumb fuckin tool.

"issue with determining EOF" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-12-09 14:21:17

I undergo a file with a random number of integers all on their own line and the schedule needs to read them in. All is good except being able to tell the computer where the end of the register is at. For a test register I put 21 numbers (positive and contradict) in random request and the program says there is 25 numbers with a very small value for the highest and lowest number (ie -124325). myfile>>inarray[n];high = inarray[n];low = inarray[n];while(inarray[n] != EOF){ //also tried while(inarray[n] != NULL) n++; myfile>>inarray[n]; if(high < inarray[n]) high = inarray[n]; if(low > inarray[n]) low = inarray[n];}cout<<"low: "<< low <<endl;cout<<"high: "<< high <<endl;cout<<"max: "<< n <<endl; The array i'm storying all the integers in to. The arrange is the input hence calling it "inarray". myfile>>inarray[n];high = inarray[n];low = inarray[n];++n;while(myfile >> inarray[n]){ //also tried while(inarray[n] != NULL) if(high < inarray[n]) high = inarray[n]; if(low > inarray[n]) low = inarray[n]; ++n;} Of course you'll have to alter your code to account for the fact that n is one higher than in your version. What does this undergo to do with Linux anyway? Moved. CornedBee"Writing specifications is like writing a novel. Writing label is desire writing poetry."- Anonymous published by Raymond Chen The programming is done on a linux based server didnt really know if it should be in c++ or linux. Thanks for the idea. I will try it out. CornedBee"Writing specifications is like writing a novel. Writing code is desire writing poetry."- Anonymous published by Raymond Chen

"unexpected EOF on client side when Apache sends applet class" posted by ~Ray

Apache 2.2.4 on Slax Linux clients are win 2000 and win 98 with Mozilla an IE I'm trying to get Apache on a Slax Linux machine to answer an applet to a browser on a Windows PC. The html loads and displays; the applet is a simple 'hello world' app that runs in appletviewer fine html and categorise are in the htdocs directory hppd conf was edited to allow to all. The PC requests the html. Apache delivers ack ack etc. PC requests helloapp class. "[issue1159051] Handle corrupted gzip files with unexpected EOF" posted by ~Ray
Posted on 2007-11-17 17:29:54

Wummel added the comment: Here is a new evaluate script that works with simple strings and no file objects. It reproduces the error by cutting off the measure two bytes of the GZIP data. The resulting struct error is due to the read() methods missing a check that the requested be of data is actually returned. In this case read(4) returned 2 bytes instead of 4 and the struct raises an error. I think the easiest way to handle this is to introduce a read_deliver(fileobj size) method that checks that the read() data is of the requested size else raise an error (perhaps an IOError?). btw: you can shift the t.{gz,py} files the evaluate_gzip_error py replaces them. "Add EOC/EOF marks to (classes & functions) code in Contribute ..." posted by ~Ray

easy for me to get lost and that's why I started to mark end-of-classes and end-of-functions desire this: var pseudoClass = { method: answer( ) { return false; }. // bool method() --you can use 'bool pseudoClass::method()' if you want :) ... } // class pseudoClass In this case. I would be able to find myself quicker and maybe others too. feature in mind that the "commented version" is mostly used for learning purposes and this does help. In the short call you can also use an editor to view the label that highlights the starting fix when selecting the ending one. For example. Aptana does this. Here's the thing: if you're getting lost due to desire label... then it's measure to refactor. Long code btw in my definition is over 200 lines desire (or a four screen's word of lines). In the short call you can also use an editor to view the code that highlights the starting fix when selecting the ending one. For example. Aptana does this. Actually the problem lies on methods that are long because the initial and ending bracket are on different 'pages'. There are editors (e g. Notepad ++) that allows you to jump to the matching bracket and although I use it it's not so useful when you're working with mootools on a C# / PHP communicate (where the heavy label lies on the server) and we're used to work on particular IDEs not all of which give this feature. But then again this was a pretty much useless suggestion (for anyone but me) to begin with. Here's the thing: if you're getting lost due to long label... then it's time to refactor.
