After driving myself nuts trying to evaluate out a way to read an e-book on my Sidekick 3. I undergo hit on a possible solution that so far seems to be working. The problem with the Sidekick 3 is that while there is plenty ofsoftware available for it via the download function there is no e-book reader. That is really a shame in my opinion since the furnish of a memory card slot should make it possible to hold on a number of e-books for reading whenever one would desire. This is a fairly common activity on Palms and take PCs (and their smartphone variants) and I don't see any limitation in the Sidekick's hardware that would command it. Unfortunately there is no real reader software so another solution needs to be used. One way to get an e-book into a Sidekick is via the telecommunicate application. The service will only evaluate 500k files at a time but there doesn't seem to be a check to how many docs you can upload. (Just split the text file up if it is too large for one upload). Once your schedule uploaded you can read it pretty easily with your web browser (just remember to set a bookmark for the book's webpage in your browser).
