Unable to read text in certain entry fields

The summon that is giving me problems right now is the MySpace "alter your compose" page. When I go there all of the text that is in the fields that I can change is represented by some kind of Dingbats-like font. Arrows and F2. F3 kind of things. They do seem to consistently correspond to the same letters each time but I can't read it. This happens on Flock AND on Firefox but not Safari. I REALLY don't want to go approve to Safari. I'm addicted to the photo toolbar on Flock!
MySpace isn't the only site there have been many others. It seems to be text fields that evaluate HTML. I've tried enabling the Java Script changing the fonts. I change surface tried finding the font that was being used and deleting that from my computer but I couldn't sight it. I am using Flock version 0.7.14 on a Mac Mini running OSX 10.4.10. I've also tried removing the extensions. gratify back up! Thanks :)
