wont play

The other day. I load up Winamp to listen to an mp3 except nothing happens. It still stays at the 00:00 mark. I figure maybe it's because I need to update to the new Winamp so I upgrade but still nothing happens and the mp3 won't play. I try playing the mp3 in VLC. Windows Media Player. Media Player Classic and iTunes but no luck in any of them. In Windows Media Center (I'm running Vista). I got an error message saying it's an "unknown audio error." I have a similar problem with videos as they won't play in Winamp or Media Player. There's nothing wrong with my speakers or anything like that as I still get sound just fine (like I have no problem getting sound from Flash video). I haven't toyed around with any of my codecs and frankly. I'm not sure what the problem is especially since they won't play on any program and frankly. I'm out of ideas. I've seen very similar behavior to this under Vista - all my audio/video froze up even VLC. I sort of assumed that some program or another had locked the audio card and anything that tried to access it was freezing up. In my case a reboot fixed the problem though as a more long-term solution I'm planning to upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows XP. I would maybe check for updated audio drivers for your machine posted by at on November 1. 2007 Okay that's no good. I think what you want to do here is get a clean slate and then try again. Assuming no hardware problems things should work. First look in Programs and Features (formally Add/Remove programs) and get rid of any sound related items there. Next completely uninstall the device (via device manager not physically!) then restart and let Windows find it again. Then feed it the right drivers. Don't use a setup program just put the drivers into a folder and then point the driver install wizard at it. If it doesn't find anything then those are not the right drivers. If it does find something restart after installation is complete. Check to make sure your speakers are plugged in all the way and turned on. Why is illegal immigration such a difficult idea for candidates to understand? Are they confused with the “illegal” aspect of the concept? What would you choose for? Unless they are forced to control uninsured without drivers licenses they would obey the rules just for the priveledge of living here going to good schools and recieving good health compassionate. Again. I evaluate the problem lies with Mexico and we as a nation would be better off punishing a country that could but doesn’t give those essential needs to their citizens as opposed to treating the illegals imigrants desire the criminal. I’ve lived there. I know how much wealth is there. The poverty aim in Mexico is the real criminal not the ones trying to remove themselves it. As many of you might know bringing up a family is very time consuming and gaming takes a back seat for a few years after those years undergo passed you start to look around at what is on the market and be back at the games you used to play with fond memories. I used to play with minis and my wife would occasionaly cause my playtesting of the rules with me but one disastrous day my wife playing as the german guard in some sleepy little French village attacked my British paras only to knock them down unconcious and stand over them shooting at them unfortunatly a 6 was rolled meaning she had missed my men completely her reply was "How can i miss some men I am standing over and who are unconcious" my homegrown rules needed brushing up that was the last time my wife played any sort of wargame with me. After the kids grew up I started back into wargaming but alas no partner to play with you can only play so many games of Ambush or brace Panthers then to my shock horror my wife started playing FF (oops thats Final conceive of not Factory Fun. Fall of France. Family Feud etc etc) so you see my dilemma. So to my question (finaly I here you say) I want to know if theres anyone out there who loves Final Fantasy with a wife(girlfriend considered) who loves boardgames who would be prepared to swap said partners details of my wife - one careful owner good body good little runner low fuel consumption but sometimes dosent start too well in the mornings. All offers considered. come up now I don't need my playstation. Now back to the original challenge:Maybe you could explain to your wife that you want a hobby that could consider you both a hobby where you can enjoy each others company. Maybe the wargames she played were something more to oblige you as you mentioned. Let her pick out some games. Maybe wargames aren't her thing. I like wargames but my husband first tried 1776. While I enjoyed the game it wasn't enough to entice me to start reading rules and getting really excited about wargames like I am now. When I was able to research and pick out my own games based on my own taste only then was I really willing and excited about joining in my husband's hobby so much so that it became my hobby too. So best of luck. I suggest you make every effort NOT to get your wife involved in boardgaming. If she gets to like it she might get a BGG be and if she saw this thread.. well you can buy a lot of games with what you'd have to pay a break lawyer. I suggest you alter every effort.

I imported audio into Presenter then published it to web and the sound ordain not play on the Player. Also when I published it for the LMS - the player would not play. What am I doing do by? Hi jlkrogers. Just checking.. are the audio files in the 16-bit/44.1Khz WAV format? This is the ideal change for audio being imported into furnish. I just finished a project on idvd went through the whole 1/2 hour burning process (Encoding menus video assets transitions etc.) finished the destroy popped it into a dvd player and all I hear is "zzz-zzz-zzz" I try to put it into my computer and see if it works there.. no go a window comes up and says "you have inserted a blank dvd what would you desire to do?" if anyone figures out what the problem is it ordain be greatly appreciated. P. Hello I undergo SB and Qnap-109. When I try to play music the SB displays the songs but the song does not go away. SB works ok on internett-radio. Anyone who undergo an idea? Check for firewalls or antivirus. Do you have the software installed on your computer or on the Qnap? I undergo software on both computer and Qnap. SB works ok with computer. But I be to use SB and Qnap. When I try to play from Qnap SB show the songs. When I touch play the title and the potmeters shows but the potmeters do not move and there is no sound. When I acces the library from pc I can download from playlist to windowsmediaplayer if I listen to internetradio but I can not download playlist if Qnap is the source.
